By creating an account on jillik, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the jillik platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as jillik's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of jillik, including players accessing the platform via browser on desktop or mobile devices. jillik reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your account. jillik is not liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate personal or payment details provided by the player, including incorrect GCash or bank account numbers submitted for withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillik login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jillik will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify jillik support.
jillik is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity and source-of-funds verification in accordance with PAGCOR-compliant anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g. Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
jillik accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillik does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jillik reserves the right to return any deposit and void associated winnings if the deposit is determined to originate from a payment account not belonging to the registered player.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account cashier. jillik targets processing withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

Bonus funds credited to your jillik account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings generated from them, become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
Any attempt to abuse jillik's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and potential permanent account termination. jillik employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse.
jillik's VIP program operates on a points-based tier system (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). VIP tier benefits, point accumulation rates, and tier progression thresholds are subject to change at jillik's sole discretion. VIP status is non-transferable and holds no cash value.
All games available on jillik — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and the Money Wheel — are subject to the rules of the respective game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the jillik platform display and the game provider's server records, the game provider's records shall be deemed authoritative.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction that interrupts a game round, jillik will endeavour to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption. If this is not technically feasible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. jillik is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jillik content without prior written authorisation.
jillik collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using jillik, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. jillik implements technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including SSL encryption for all data transmitted through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to lost winnings, data loss, or service interruptions.
jillik's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
jillik does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.
jillik reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where:
In cases of account termination for breach, jillik reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonus credits, or pending withdrawals. In cases of voluntary closure or regulatory closure without breach, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jillik shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through jillik's customer support at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits jillik's rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction with respect to intellectual property infringement, fraud, or other urgent matters.
jillik reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the jillik platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the platform.
